Dispute between Fath‘ali Khan and Amir Zakariya's peasants, 1855
Regarding the ownership of Amir Zakariya village; the peasants were unable to provide valid documents of ownership. The evidence instead suggested that Najafqulikhan Biglarbaygi from Tabriz had purchased the village from Akhund Mulla Asad Allah. The property then passed on to his inheritors.

Dividing the inheritance of Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters, 1874
Sa‘id al-Mulk's landed properties are divided among his three daughters, who have inherited them. Husaynquli Khan and Mirza Salih Khan represent their wives (Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters) and Shahzadah Khanum represents Nusrat al-Dawlah, who is the guardian of the underage Zinat Taj Khanum. The document lists the properties and shares of each party; part of the shared property remained undivided for everyone's benefit.

Fatimah Baygum Khanum's sale document, 1877
Fatimah Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Khan Shaqaqi, sells part of the Chibni village in the district of Hashtrud to Amin Allah Bayg, the son of Sadiq Bayg Yavar, for twenty six tumans. The agreed-upon revocation period of the contract is eight months.

Including land, household furnishings, cash, and his claims and debts. After deducting the debt and shares of his mother, Navvab ‘Aliyah Haji Shahzadah, and his wife, Shahzadah Khanum the daughter of Mu‘izz al-Dawlah, and the share of a deceased son, the rest is divided among his three sons and five daughters.

Marriage contract of Fatimah Baygum, daughter of Mashhadi Karim from Usku, and Muhammad ‘Ali, son of Mashhadi ‘Ali from Usku; mahr includes part of a garden and a share of a qanat, and a candlestick worth three thousand five hundred dinars. On verso, dated September 25, 1896, Fatimah Baygum has received eighty tumans for the garden and the qanat share from Haji Sayyid Muhammad Tajir (merchant) from Usku.

Marriage contract of the daughter of Shaykh ‘Ali from Usku and ‘Abd al-Khaliq, son of Ustad Muhsin from Usku; her mahr is one-fourth of a house, one-fourth of a garden, a set of bedding worth three tumans, a gold ring and a bath bowl worth one tuman, a candlestick worth three thousand five hundred dinars, all belonging to groom's mother and father. On November 25, 1876, the daughter of Shaykh ‘Ali settled with ‘Abd al-Khaliq over one-fourth of the mentioned garden in exchange with one-third of another piece of land. Nazi Khanum's properties, 1892
Haji Khan Yavar, who kept the late Nazi Khanum (wife of ‘Abd al-Ali Khan Sultan)'s property, including a cow, a heifer, three documents, two baize coats, a silver container, two necklaces, and two rings, gave them to the late Nazi Khanum's brother and nephew, Karbalayi Malik and Karbalayi ‘Aziz.

Haj Muhammad Hasan the merchant from Tehran, on behalf of Mirza Riza Quli, sells a building known as Haji Aqa ‘Ali Asghar, located in the Char Minar [Chahar Minar] neighborhood, to Shahzadah Khanum, the sister of Shahzadah Khanlar Mirza and wife of ‘Abbasquli Khan the brigadier general, for one thousand and fifty tumans.
